By accessing or using the website and services provided by The Wilkinson STEM Education Foundation ("Foundation," "we," "our," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our platform.

These terms apply to all visitors, users, students, parents, educators, and contributors who access or use our educational platform and associated services.

The Wilkinson STEM Education Foundation provides a free, online educational platform focused on K-12 STEM/STEAM education. Our services include:

• Interactive educational content across Science, Technology, Engineering, Art, and Mathematics academies
• Self-paced learning modules, lessons, quizzes, and interactive games
• Educational resources for parents and educators
• Community outreach and advocacy program information

All educational services are provided free of charge as part of our 501(c)(3) non-profit mission.

Our platform uses session-based tracking to maintain your learning progress. You may also create an account for enhanced features:

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
• Children under 13 must have parental consent before creating an account, in compliance with COPPA.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

When using our platform, you agree not to:

• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the platform or its systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the platform's functionality or other users' experience
• Upload or transmit harmful content, including viruses, malware, or inappropriate material
• Harass, bully, or engage in harmful behavior toward other users
• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation with any person or organization

All educational content, including but not limited to lessons, curriculum materials, interactive games, graphics, logos, and software code, is the property of The Wilkinson STEM Education Foundation or its licensors and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

You may access and use our educational content for personal, non-commercial educational purposes. Reproduction, distribution, or modification of our content for commercial purposes without written permission is strictly prohibited.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, The Wilkinson STEM Education Foundation and its directors, officers, employees, and volunteers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the platform, whether based on warranty, contract, tort, or any other legal theory. Our total liability for any claims arising from the use of our services shall not exceed the amount you have paid to us, if any, for access to the platform.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. We will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the modified terms. We encourage you to review these terms periodically.

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the state in which The Wilkinson STEM Education Foundation is incorporated. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of that jurisdiction. If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
